Mass Communication Onboarding Form

Complete this form to initiate the onboarding process for sending mass communications from your organization.

The FCC has initiated more strict regulations and this process is to prevent bulk email and phone spam. Any customer requesting to send mass communications via email, phone and SMS is required to complete the following in order for our upstream provider to review and authorize. All fields are required.

You will specify your Organizations official name and information along with its Employer Identification Number (EIN, or legal identification number) in order to verify your organization. In addition,  primary and secondary contact information is needed for various reasons that could include, obtaining clarifying information to validate your organization, informing you of reported spam or misuse of communications. Both primary and secondary contact information is required.

Note: At the end of this form, information for a secondary contact is requested. If you do not have a secondary contact at your organization, SchoolNow can provide you secondary contact information as "General Counsel". Just reach out to support for that information.
