      Search

      Locate an item in the back end of your site by using the Search function to find it.

      If you are unable to manually locate an item in the back end of your site you can try using the Search function to find it. By clicking on the Magnify Glass located at the top-left side of the dashboard a drop-down window will appear allowing you to search for the following; user accounts. departments, files/images, blog posts, news articles, people profiles, pages, and calendar events.

      SchoolNow Tip - If you are unable to locate what you are searching for, try entering just part of the name. For example; instead of looking for Benjamin Thomas try searching for just Benjamin or Thomas. You may be able to locate what you are looking for.

      SchoolNow Tip - If you are wanting to find all of one file type that has been uploaded to your site try switching the file search to FIles and entering just the extension. That should locate all of the files with that extension and allow you to get to where they are stored quickly.
